We meet each month at Riverside Church, Whitstable.
This business networking event is great for people in the Whitstable area with a business or looking to start one. Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts and some great guest speakers.
Our event has open networking time from 9.30am -10am ( so don’t worry if you can’t get there before 10am) and then we start at 10am with introductions and the chance to share what help you need and what your business is all about. After a short break for more refreshment we will hear from our guest speaker or we will deliver a mini workshop.
Our guest speaker this month is Louis Hurst, Founder and CEO of the Amelix Group & locally known for HatHats Coffee
Louis Hurst is a successful entrepreneur who is highly creative with natural energy and passion for everything he does. He has gained a distinguished reputation for being an experienced and innovative leader. He has a proven track record of providing both the vision and execution to maximise business opportunities. Louis excels in hands-on leadership in operational, creative and management processes.
With the “I could do that better” approach, Louis has set up several successful companies in numerous sectors. From travel to telecoms and data management to property development. Louis seeks out opportunities and applies unique creativity and methodology.
Louis is a charismatic leader with the ability, presence and determination to successfully deliver a multitude of projects.
He has a vast range of experience in the marketing and branding industry. He has run and owned many agencies.
Louis spent most of his working life working in the media as a radio presenter. He has worked all over the UK winning several awards.
Louis travels around the country speaking at conferences and universities sharing his unique perspective on business and life and now it’s Businesswomen UnLtd pleasure to hear from him!

You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual morning, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees. Regular attendees can gain access to a free meeting for the following year, a 5-10 minute speaker slot, listing on our Business Directory and a SM post on our Facebook and twitter pages, after attending for 8 meetings in a year (Jan-Dec).
Although this Whistable business networking group is aimed at Mums in business we welcome anyone along, so just book and attend – there is no membership, professional lock out or strict rules which are often associated with business networking.
