This group is run by Lisa Baptiste and is held monthly (the 1st Tuesday of each month) at:

Meriden Community Centre, Garsmouth Way, Watford, Herts WD25 9ET (FREE PARKING)

Time: 9.30 am – 11.30 am. We start with open networking from 9.30 am to 10 am (so don’t worry if you can’t get there before 10 am) and then we start at 10 am.

Topic: The Health of Your Cells Determines the Health of You

Our health is of utmost importance to us, and without good health, we would struggle to live and enjoy life to the fullest! To be in optimum health, we need all our cells to function well, after all at the end of the day, we are only as good as the components we are made of – our cells. Laura will be taking us through steps that will be focussed on cellular & gut health and how we can improve them both to be our healthiest selves.

 Laura Bloomberg is a Specialist Fertility Coach, Holistic Therapist, Fertility Nutrition Advisor, and gut Health Practitioner.

Watford Businesswomen Unltd networking is great for women in the Watford/Bushey area, who are in business or looking to start one. Simply book and attend – there is no membership, professional lockout, or strict rules that are often associated with business networking.  Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts, and some great guest speakers.

You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual morning, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees.

Remember to bring along your business cards any literature to share with the group and anything you might want to display.
