This business networking event is great for people in the St Albans area with a business or looking to start one. Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts and some great guest speakers.
Our event has open networking time from 9.30am -10am (so don’t worry if you can’t get there before 10am) and then we start at 10am with introductions and the chance to share what help you need and what your business is all about. After a short break for more refreshments, we will hear from our guest speaker or we will deliver a mini workshop.
Our Speaker for July is Claire Best from Claire Best Marketing
After more than 15 years leading the marketing for well-known businesses such as John Lewis, Claire turned her attention to supporting smaller businesses with their marketing, through her own company Claire Best Marketing. Over the last 7 years, she has worked with many clients across varied industries including recruitment, property and wellness, helping them to succeed with great marketing based on clear marketing plans.
Claire will be sharing with us – Finding the Right Customers For You
Every successful marketing campaign starts with the customer – who are they and how can you help them. In this presentation, Claire will help you identify who the right customers are for you, and why this is important and share with you ideas of how to succeed once you know who you want to engage with.
Remember to bring along your business cards and any literature to share with the group.
You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual morning, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees.
Although this St Albans business networking group is aimed at Mums in business we welcome anyone along, so just book and attend – there is no membership, professional lockout or strict rules which are often associated with business networking.
