We meet each month at the Forest Town Church, please double park.
This business networking event is great for people in the St Albans area with a business or looking to start one. Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts and some great guest speakers.
Our topic this month is ‘Getting Out of Your Comfort Zone to Take Your Life and Business to the Next Level’ ‘Ruth Randall, Life Coach, will sharing some great tips with us to consider.
Life Coaching isn’t just about setting goals, it’s also about raising your self-awareness and recognising what’s holding you back from having the things you really want in your life, then helping you to overcome the barriers to move forward. If you want to grow your business and have the life you want then you need to step outside of your comfort zone every now and then. So let’s explore that together
Our event has open networking time from 9.30am -10am ( so don’t worry if you can’t get there before 10am) and then we start at 10am with introductions and the chance to share what help you need and what your business is all about. After a short break for more refreshement we will hear from our guest speaker or we will deliver a mini workshop.
Remember to bring along your business cards and any literature to share with the group, and anything you might want to display.
You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual morning, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees. Regular attendees can gain access to a free membership after attending for 8 meetings in a year.
Although this St Albans business networking group is aimed at Mums in business we welcome anyone along, so just book and attend – there is no membership, professional lock out or strict rules which are often associated with business networking.
