This business networking event is great for people in the St Albans area with a business or looking to start one. Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts and some great guest speakers.
Our event has open networking time from 9.30am -10am (so don’t worry if you can’t get there before 10am) and then we start at 10am with introductions and the chance to share what help you need and what your business is all about. After a short break for more refreshments, we will hear from our guest speaker or we will deliver a mini workshop.
Our guest speaker for this month is the lovely Victoria Bell – Nutritional Therapist
Title: Nutrition to Feel Your Best This Summer
Registered Nutritional Therapist and Breathwork Coach Victoria Bell is going to share some tips to beat bloating, which can often take the fun out of wearing your summer clothes! Victoria will be joining up the dots between an unhappy digestive system and the mental and physical discomfort it can create, then share some simple pointers on how to have a happy tummy and enjoy the warmer weather more.
Remember to bring along your business cards and any literature to share with the group.
You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual morning, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees.
Although this St Albans business networking group is aimed at Mums in business we welcome anyone along, so just book and attend – there is no membership, professional lockout or strict rules which are often associated with business networking.
