Our event starts at 10am with introductions, followed by a guest speaker or Mini Workshop.
This is a great way to make new connections and gain support and advice for your business.

This month we have our very own Businesswomen Unltd Whitstable leader the Fabulous Catherine Chapman coming to talk about having a healthy Summer it’s crazy to think the summer holidays are just around the corner and whether you have children or not there is always a different vibe around summer time. So although we are all liking getting a good dose of Vitamin D at this time of year it’s often a time when healthy habits tend to take a back seat. Come along and let’s prepare for a great summer.
Catherine Chapman is the energy behind Vitality Rooms an online wellness space that encourages women to put themselves first so they can better show up for those who are important to them, With a fitness suite of classes and 6 live classes a week to a kitchen full of healthy recipes and a study of meditations breath work and journalling there is something for everyone. After spending years as a nurse Catherine decided she wanted to be on the preventative side of healthcare. Her energy is contagious so if you need an energetic boost this meeting is one not to miss.
