Ever have moments where you find yourself ‘putting off’ tasks that you know will help you grow your business or audience because you are lacking confidence? It might be public speaking or doing a ‘live’ video for instance – we all have our nemesis! I will share some simple strategies that will help build your confidence to tackle those tasks that you have been avoiding and have you wondering why you didn’t do them sooner.
