Dr. Bonnie Wims was professionally trained as a Counseling Psychologist in London, England while living in the UK. While there, she founded her private practice, Wims & Associates, and began working with individuals and couples. It was at this point in her work that she began to see a common complaint among clients around areas of coping and managing adversity. Bonnie uses evidence based research to assist her in challenging old habitual ways of thinking that can block our ability to not only cope with adversity but to overcome life’s challenges. Upon moving back to the United States, she has continued working online with clients from around the world.
