This business networking event is great for people in the St Albans area and across Hertfordshire with a business or looking to start one. Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts and some great guest speakers.
Our event has open networking time from 7.00pm and then we start at 7.30pm and finish by 9.00pm. Remember to bring along your business cards and any literature to share with the group, and anything you might want to display, tea and coffee included in the ticket price.
This St Albans business networking group is for women in business simply book and attend – there is no membership, professional lock out or strict rules which are often associated with business networking. You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual day of the event, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it.
Sarah is an integrative psychotherapist with extensive experience, supporting clients working in high pressure environments and professions to foster a more authentic relationship with themselves in order to prevent and recover from burnout.
As women in business, you will be juggling many conflicting demands every day and over time this will take its toll. How aware are you of the impact of managing these demands alongside the internal and external influences that can either be friend or foe.
During the session we will explore the realities of burnout and what may make you more susceptible to it.
