This event is held monthly at Torrington Hall. The Group Leader is Heather Rooke, St Albans Holistic Therapies
This business networking event is great for people in the St Albans area and across Hertfordshire with a business or looking to start one. Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts and some great guest speakers.
Our event has open networking time from 7.00pm and then we start at 7.30pm and finish by 9.00pm.
Remember to bring along your business cards and any literature to share with the group, and anything you might want to display.
You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual day of the event, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees.
This St Albans business networking group is for women in business simply book and attend – there is no membership, professional lock out or strict rules which are often associated with business networking.

This Month: Manifest Your Everything with Nicci Roscoe
Nicci was the head of David Lloyd Clubs Aerobics across the UK and worked on television and radio as a health and fitness presenter including working with Lorraine Kelly on Breakfast TV, Sky One and BBC. However, all that changed when she was diagnosed with a brain tumour.
Surviving the life-threatening brain surgery in 2002, Nicci was left living with chronic pain. It was when waiting for surgery to remove the tumour that Nicci started manifesting to pull through this terrible time.
‘As I waited for surgery to remove the tumour, I found the courage to tell myself I was going to get through it. I kept focusing on the positive and said affirmations such as “It’s going to be ok”, “I’m a survivor” and “I will be ok”.’
Nicci is an Author of several books including her latest book Manifest Your Everything. She’s a Master NLP Practitioner, a Life and Business Coach, as well as Reiki & Crystal Master Healer and Teacher and Meditation teacher.
