This month our speaker is Stephanie Rowley, on the topic of fulfillment in your life and your business.
“Fulfillment – what is it, and why should I care?” 
We hear a lot of talk about fulfillment, but what actually is it and why does it matter? Why does it feel so wrong when it’s not there, and what impact does that have on us? And why don’t we address it earlier, when we know it’s missing?
In her talk Steph will look at these things, and share some tips on what we can do to start moving towards a more fulfilled place, whether that’s in life or business.
Stephanie works with professional women who are feeling stuck and unfulfilled, to help them find options and get back in control of the direction of their lives, so they can get up in the morning and feel good about how they spend their time. If you wake up in the middle of the night thinking ‘is this it?’, if you know you need a change but you just can’t work out what it is or where to start, or if you’re just fed up with the nagging sense of dissatisfaction that constantly goes round in your mind, she can help you. Steph says “I coach because I want other people to feel what I felt when I realised I didn’t have to be stuck anymore! If you feel stuck too, I can help.”
