Our event has open networking time from 9.30 am -10.00 am ( so don’t worry if you can’t get there before 10.00 am) and then we start at 10.00 am.
Remember to bring along your business cards and any literature to share with the group, and anything you might want to display.
You must book in advance. Should you need to cancel, even on the actual morning, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees.

Jo runs Wellness Professionals At Work, a training school that delivers accredited courses and qualifications in Life Coaching, Resilience Coaching, Wellness and Holistic Wellness Coaching. She has run group coaching programmes on resilience and has a background in teaching (12 years) before retraining as a homeopath and holistic life coach and has 14 years experience in the wellness field. Running a training school allows Jo to blend her teaching skills with a lifelong passion for well-being!
