Businesswomen UnLtd – Berkhamsted Business Networking Group

This group is run by Zoe Douthwaite.

We meet each month at All Saints Church Hall. Please note you cannot park in the church grounds, please park on the surrounding roads.

This business networking event is great for people in the Berkhamsted area with a business or looking to start one. Our meetings are friendly and relaxed and you will find lots of help and support, plenty of new contacts and some great guest speakers.

Our event has open networking time from 9.30am -10am ( so don’t worry if you can’t get there before 10am) and then we start at 10am with introductions and the chance to share what help you need and what your business is all about. After a short break for more refreshments, we will hear from our guest speaker or we will deliver a mini workshop.

Remember to bring along your business cards and any literature to share with the group, and anything you might want to display.

You must book in advance.   Should you need to cancel, even on the actual morning, we will carry your booking over to a future meeting – just let us know if you can’t make it. There are no membership fees. Regular attendees can gain access to a free membership after attending for 8 meetings in a year.

Although this Berkhamsted business networking group is aimed at Mums in business we welcome anyone along, so just book and attend – there is no membership fee, professional lock out or strict rules which are often associated with business networking.

This month our guest speaker is Dee Fagg from 3DVA. Dee will be sharing her tips on how to beat procrastination. There are often times when we put things off in our business when we should be taking action, so don’t hang about and book your space today!

We will take a little time to explore what procrastination is and how it makes us feel before discussing ways to take back control. Dee will share Ten Tips To help us Stop Procrastinating and let us get on with our day.

Dee offers a range of office support services allowing you to focus on what you do best. Dee is very people orientated, she has a degree in Psychology. Before setting up her own business as a Virtual Assistant she worked for a large corporate company, gaining experience in many areas including Learning & Development and Project Management. Extremely organised and logical, much of her expertise is in simplifying and improving process, and in developing systems to improve customer service.
Dee’s attention to detail has been employed in the creation of many documents, from training user guides, and process flowcharts to Spreadsheet data reports. She has a great understanding of Customer Relationship Management and in her time she has also carried out job interviews and worked with IiP (Investors in people).
